AgriBook is an offline-first mobile application designed for farmers and landowners to manage crop records, track inventory, and maintain financial ledgers. It includes an optional feature to back up database files to personal Google Drive storage.

AGRIBOOK PRIVACY POLICY

A-Logic built the AgriBook app as a Free app. This service is provided by A-Logic and is intended for use as is.

1. Information Collection and Use
AgriBook does not collect, store, track, or share any personal user data on external servers owned or controlled by A-Logic. The core accounting functions of AgriBook operate completely offline and do not require an account or internet connection to function.

2. Local Data Storage & Export
All AgriBook data is stored locally on your device, and we have no access to your files. Manually exported backups remain safe on your device even if you uninstall the app.

3. Optional Google Drive Cloud Backup
AgriBook offers an optional cloud backup feature using the official Google Drive API.

Requested Permissions & Scopes: When you activate this feature, the app requests access to the restricted [https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata](https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata) scope (Google Drive Application Data folder).

How Data is Used: This permission allows AgriBook to upload, update, and restore a encrypted copy of your local app database (agriculture_google_backup.db) directly inside a hidden, app-specific folder within your personal Google Drive account.

Privacy & Isolation: AgriBook cannot view, read, modify, access, or delete any of your personal files, photos, or documents stored in your Google Drive.

Zero Third-Party Sharing: A-Logic does not receive, collect, process, or sell your Google Account credentials or backup data. All data transfers occur directly between your device and Google's official OAuth servers.

4. Third-Party Services
To facilitate Google Drive backups, AgriBook utilizes official Google Play Services for authentication. Beyond Google Sign-In and Google Drive APIs used strictly for cloud backups, AgriBook does not integrate with any advertising networks, behavioral tracking frameworks, or analytics services.

5. Managing & Revoking Access
You have complete control over your cloud backups:

You can revoke AgriBook’s access to your Google Drive at any time by going to your Google Account Settings -> Security / Data & Privacy -> Apps with access to your account.

You can choose to use AgriBook 100% offline without connecting a Google Account.
